A channel that loses subscribers every time it publishes a new video

YouTube channel management

The YouTube channel I run, "Setouchi Ambience," began publishing videos in February 2024, and just one year later, the total watch time exceeded 4,000 hours, allowing me to monetize.
However, since then, I've barely gained any new subscribers, and the current number of subscribers is 1,111.

I was at 1,112 subscribers just a moment ago, but I lost one subscriber right after I posted a new video.
I lost one subscriber when I posted a video on Thursday morning (Japan time), and then another subscriber after I posted a video on Sunday.

As you can see in the attached image, we've lost two subscribers in the past week and only gained nine in the past 28 days.

Normally, when you publish a new video, your subscriber numbers increase, right?
However, on my channel, the number of subscribers decreases every time I publish a new video.
I think I may be unintentionally giving a bad impression to those who subscribe to my channel.

I would like everyone who has taken the time to subscribe to my channel to watch more videos.
I try to make each video carefully so that everyone can enjoy it, but it seems that some people find my videos boring.

Up until now, my motivation has been to carefully create videos, but seeing results like this makes me question the "meaning of creating videos carefully."
It's predicted that there won't be any rain in the Setouchi region for more than two weeks, and I don't have any videos stored on hand.
Therefore, I'm forced to release videos that I'm even less confident about than ever before and that are a little boring.

I'm sure that every time I release a new video, the number of subscribers will decrease.
If more people could support me, I would be able to deliver the sounds of rain and scenery from various places in the Setouchi region, but this dream may not come true anytime soon, or even ever.
