On December 17, 2024, I climbed Mount Tsurugi during the snowy season. Faced with ankle-deep snow and the harsh conditions of the road, I decided to retreat at Nishijima Station. This is a record of my real experience of climbing Mount Tsurugi in winter.

We also explain how to read the temperature, humidity, and wind, the conditions of the climb on the day, and whether or not there were bears.
